2. (§7.25) One Final Judgment

Under Rule 74.01(b), a judgment is not final until it resolves all pending claims and the rights and liabilities of all parties. In the quiet title context, there may be a variety of defendants, some of whom may default, some of whom may consent, and some of whom may want to go to trial.
