M. (§7.22) Juvenile Court Hearing—Adjudication

Add the following paragraphs after the second paragraph in the original section:

But when scheduling an adjudication hearing on a petition or motion to modify, Rule 127.08 requires that, if the juvenile is detained, the adjudication hearing shall be held at the earliest possible date. Rule 128.02 cmt.
