7.2.3 Publication.

Communicating a defamatory statement to a third party intentionally or negligently constitutes publication.¹⁶ A communication between two agents of a principal constitutes publication in Arizona.¹⁷ Such intra-corporate communications are generally privileged, however, if made in good faith.¹⁸
