7.17 Single Publication Act.

Arizona has adopted the Uniform Single Publication Act. Under that Act, one edition of a newspaper, book or magazine, one presentation to an audience, one broadcast over radio or television, or one exhibition of a motion picture constitutes a single publication giving rise to only one cause of action for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other tort founded on that publication.¹⁰⁸ The Act also provides that recovery in any such action shall include all damages suffered...
