A ten-year statute of limitations applies to quiet title actions brought in the State of Missouri. Section 516.010, RSMo 2016; see alsoBasye v. Fayette R-III Sch. Dist. Bd. of Educ., 150 S.W.3d 111, 115 (Mo. App. W.D. 2004) ("An action to quiet title is governed by the ten year statute of limitation contained in section 516.010.").
