C. (§7.12) Venue
The proper venue for a quiet title action is determined by where the real property is located. By statute, suits that affect title to real estate shall be brought in the county where such real estate, or some part of the real estate, is situated. Section 508.030, RSMo 2016. In Jacobs v.
