7.10 FINDINGS FOR THE RECORD
The trial court must consider all the factors listed in subsection (E) of section 20-107.3 in dividing or transferring jointly owned property or in granting a monetary award. 129 The trial court must indicate that it has

considered all of the statutory factors and must describe the basis for reaching its conclusions. The court is not, however, required to specify the weight given to each of the factors it has considered. 130
