James Colles, EIT, and Tyler Shamburg joined R&M Consultants' Construction Administration Department as Staff Engineers last May.

Colles previously worked with R&M as an intern in the materials laboratory for the past two summers before being hired full-time after graduation from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a BS in Civil Engineering.
