§ 6.9.2.3 Definitions Under State Law for Public Employees. "Public body" is defined as the Attorney General, the Arizona Legislature, the Governor, a county attorney, a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency, the governing board of a community college district or school district, a county board of supervisors, or an agency director.¹⁶
