§6.6 Method of Filing Pre-market Notifications—COSM

As of October 2019, pre-market notifications may be filed, and likely are preferably filed, using CFSAN Online Submission Module (COSM).²⁸ Registration is required prior to submitting a new dietary ingredient for consideration by the Office of Dietary Supplement Programs.²⁹
