§ 6.2.3 Statute of Limitations. The two-year statute of limitations for tort actions in A.R.S. § 12-542 governs claims for tortious interference.3 The limitations period for tort claims begins to run "when a plaintiff knows, or through the exercise of reasonable diligence should know, of the defendant's wrongful conduct."4
