50,000-square-foot spec building coming to Allendale County.

A large speculative building will be coming soon to the Pointe Salkehatchie Industrial Park in Allendale County.

The 50,000-square-foot building is expandable to 150,000 square feet and will have space available for lease or sale, according to an announcement from Illinois-based industrial developers Agracel Inc.

Located on 12 acres, the building will include 31-foot ceilings, large interior and loading bays, and dock and drive-in space for trucks, with flooring parking and lighting built to suit the tenant, according to a description provided by Agracel. No start date for...
