5.7 INTRODUCTION OF EXHIBITS
5.701 Eastern District.
A. Trial Exhibits.
Pursuant to E.D. Va. Civ. R. 79(A), trial exhibits must be placed in a binder, properly tabbed, numbered, and indexed. The original and two copies of the exhibits must be delivered to the clerk and opposing counsel at least one business day before trial.
In the Alexandria division, the initial scheduling order of each district judge requires counsel to exchange proposed trial exhibits before the final pretrial conference.
