5.15 MISCELLANEOUS STATUTORY CHOICE-OF-LAW PROVISIONS
5.1501 Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. Under Va. Code § 4.1-416, contracts between wineries and wine wholesalers are governed by Virginia law as the place of performance, notwithstanding provisions in the contract to the contrary. Va. Code § 4.1-515 contains similar provisions with regard to breweries and wholesalers.
