4.5 Restatement Privileges

RESTATEMENT (SECOND) OF TORTS, §§ 769 through 772, identify other privileges which will deny recovery. There are no Arizona cases however. In light of the strong reliance of the Supreme Court on the Restatement in the area of interference with contractualrelations, it is likely that these privileges would likewise be recognized.
