§ 38.2.15 Abandoned, Seized and Junked Vehicles. Motor vehicles are prohibited from being abandoned on state highways. Any vehicle found abandoned is subject to being removed. A.R.S. §§ 28-4801 to 4884. Persons in custody of abandoned vehicles at the request of a peace officer must submit reports to MVD. A.R.S. §§ 28-4838 to 4840.
