§ 36.1.7.4 Labor Division Regulation Over Wages Due At Termination of Employment. Wages due an employee in return for labor or services shall be paid to the employee on regular paydays. A.R.S. §§ 23-350 to 351. When an employee is discharged, the employer must pay all wages due within 7 working days or the end of the next regular pay period. A.R.S. § 23-353(A). An employee who resigns is due his pay on the next regular payday. A.R.S. § 23-353(B).
