§ 36.1.7.2 Minimum Wage. The Arizona voters approved Proposition 202 referred to as the Raise the Arizona Minimum Wage for Working Arizonans Act (Act) on November 7, 2006. The implementing statutes, A.R.S. §§ 23-363 to 365, became effective January 1, 2007. The ICA has authority to implement and enforce the Act.
