§ 36.1.4.1 Appellate Review of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Board. Decisions of the review board are appealable to the court of appeals by statutory certiorari. A.R.S. § 23-423(I). The party initiating the appeal has 10 days from service of the written review board decision to file a petition for statutory certiorari. Id. Service is deemed complete upon mailing. A.A.C.
