§ 33.4.12.5 Injunctions. Another exception to the prohibition against nonstatutory review of commission orders is well recognized. If the commission has acted without jurisdiction in granting authority to a public service corporation, a party injured thereby may sue the holder of such void rights to enjoin the exercise of the rights.
