§ 33.4.11.2.2 Time For Appeal. The appeal must be taken within 30 days after entry of judgment. A.R.S. § 40-254(D); Ariz. Corp. Comm’n v. Catalina Foothills Estates, 78 Ariz. 245, 249, 278 P.2d 427, 429-30 (1954). The time for taking an appeal thus comports with that stated in RCAP 9(a) for civil appeals generally.
