§ 32-12 Products Liability - Misuse
The defendant claims the defense of misuse. A manufacturer is entitled to expect a normal and proper use of its product. It must, however, anticipate the environment in which its products normally will be used and the reasonably foreseeable risks inherent in the use of its products in that environment, since those are the risks which attend the normal use for which the product was manufactured or sold.
