3.9 INSTITUTIONAL CLIENT

With clients such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or other organizations, there may be more than one person who will discuss the matter with the attorney. The initial client meeting may be a series of meetings or conversations with a risk manager, financial officer, nursing director, nurses, technicians, and others.
