§ 3.7.2.6.1.4 Other Grounds. The appellate court will affirm the trial court’s disposition of a summary judgment if it is correct for any reason. See United Ins. Co. v. Lutz, 227 Ariz. 411, 413, ¶ 8, 258 P.3d 229, 231 (App. 2011); Federico v. Maric, 224 Ariz. 34, 36, ¶ 7, 226 P.3d 403, 405 (App. 2010); In re Guardianship of Pacheco, 219 Ariz. 421, 425, ¶ 13, 199 P.3d 676, 680 (App. 2008).
