Vi. New York City Human Rights Law

The New York City Human Rights Law (CHRL)¹³⁹ prohibits discrimination based on actual or perceived age, race, creed, color, national origin, gender, disability, marital status, partnership status, sexual orientation, or alienage or citizenship status in employment, apprenticeship training programs, public accommodations, and housing.
