v. NEW YORK STATE HUMAN RIGHTS LAW

The New York Human Rights Law (NYSHRL) ⁷⁴ prohibits discrimination based on disability, age, race, creed, color, national origin, sex or marital status in employment, public housing, credit and in places of public accommodation, resort or amusement. With regard to employment, the NYSHRL covers employers with four (4) or more employees, and applies to employment agencies, labor organizations, and apprentice programs. ⁷⁵
