3.3 WHAT TO GET FROM THE CLIENT
3.301 Initial Interview. Clients should bring to the initial interview a written statement of what occurred in as much detail as possible. This statement should be addressed to the attorney for work product purposes. Clients should also prepare a complete medical history from birth to the present, listing to the extent possible every doctor they have ever seen and the dates of those visits, what they were treated for, and every hospitalization they remember.
