3.3.6 Termination and Suspension of Members

A.R.S. Sec. 10-3621 addresses when a member of a nonprofit corporation may be expelled or suspended. Since most community associations tie membership to ownership by recorded declarations of restrictions, termination and expulsion are not issues.
