• Jurisdiction: Arizona

The crime of aggravated driving or actual physical control while under the influence while [license to drive] [privilege to drive] is [suspended] [canceled] [revoked] [refused] [restricted] requires proof that:

The defendant [drove] [was in actual physical control of] a vehicle in this state; and The defendant was under the influence of [intoxicating liquor] [any drug] [a vapor releasing substance containing a toxic substance] [any combination of liquor, drugs or vapor releasing substances] at the time of [driving] [being in actual physical control]; and The defendant was impaired to the slightest degree by reason of being under the influence of [intoxicating liquor] [any drug] [a vapor releasing substance containing a toxic substance] [any combination of liquor, drugs or vapor releasing substances]; and The defendant’s [driver license to drive] [privilege to drive] was [suspended] [canceled] [revoked] [refused] [restricted] at the time the defendant was [driving] [in actual physical control]; and The defendant knew or should have known that the defendant’s [driver license to...
