§ 23.7.3 Transmittal of Papers To Superior Court. Upon payment of the appeal fee, the superior court will notify the trial court, which will transmit the record to the superior court within 30 days of the notification. SCRAP-Civ. 10(c). If the court fails to transmit the requisite papers within the allotted time, the appellee may file an affidavit and motion in the superior court to affirm the judgment. A.R.S. § 22-264.
