22.5.3 Vendor/Vendee.A vendor or prior owner of land generally is not liable for injury to the vendee or others once the vendee has taken possession and had a reasonable opportunity to discover a dangerous condition, unless the vendor conceals or fails to disclose an unreasonably dangerous condition known, or which should be known, to the vendor.²¹
