22.14 Flora and Fauna. In Robles v. Severyn, the court held that a landowner’s duty to warn a child licensee of hidden perils did not include an obligation to warn the child of the sharp characteristics of palm fronds, although the court recognized that a condition open and obvious as to adults may be a hidden peril as to children.¹⁴³
