21.8.2 Non-Parties at Fault. Fault may be allocated to non-parties under A.R.S. § 12-2506(B). Non-party at fault designations are effective and valid even if plaintiff is without recourse against the non-party.³⁵⁹ However, a non-party at fault designation must specifically identify “facts sufficient to establish the existence of another tortfeasor,” even if that tortfeasor cannot be identified.³⁶⁰
