Workshop spotlights Seal
of Transparency program
Candid will host a special training session on Feb.
10 at 2:00 p.m. EST aimed at helping nonprots
earn their annual Seal of Transparency from the
organization.
According to organizers, nonprots have the power
to choose what information the universe of potential
donors sees about their organization. To that end,
nonprots are urged to update their prole in Can-
did’s database to earn a 2021 Seal of Transparency
and give funders and donors the information they
need to support their cause.
This training session will teach participants:
the key information funders look for on non-
prot proles,
what each Seal level signies to funders and
individual donors,
• how to earn a 2021 Seal of Transparency and
how their organization’s information can be
shared with over 200 charitable sites, including Am-
azonSmile, Facebook and Network for Good.
This event is free to the public.
