Lisa Jacobson appeals from an order of the circuit court that granted BMO Harris NA's motion for summary judgment and dismissed Jacobson's claims. Jacobson contends the circuit court improperly found facts when deciding the summary judgment motion. As relevant to this appeal, Jacobson made three specific allegations against BMO. She claimed that "[b]y accepting the divorce petition as sufficient proof of Robin's marital status and by failing to properly verify Robin's debt-to-income ratio," BMO: (1) "violated [rule] that relates to practice as a mortgage banker, in violation of Wis.
