Ron Sandgrund

Ron Sandgrund has been a trial attorney since 1982, representing primarily product manufacturers, insurance companies, and small businesses, including real estate developers and builders early in his career, and then later representing mainly property owners and homeowner associations in construction defect, insurance coverage, and class action disputes. He is a frequent author and lecturer on these topics, as well on the practical aspects of being a lawyer.

Mark Changaris

Mark Changaris has practiced law since 2008 at the firm of Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP, representing individuals and companies in a broad array of transactional and litigation related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, credit facilities, complex state and federal court litigation, and international arbitration. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and is an avid skier, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast.

Kylie Crandall is a member of Holland & Hart, LLP’s Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Department, representing clients on water rights and water-related matters, including water court litigation; administrative proceedings; development of water supplies; water compliance issues; and the evaluation, leasing, and acquisition of water rights.
