I loved your article in the April issue of The Colorado Lawyer,(fn1) which I read en route to work this morning. What an enjoyable read, and the points landed well with me. Good writing takes time, and I thank you for taking yours to provide us with insight into good legal writing.

Dear Mr. Low:

I have followed closely for many years the adventures of Tim Flegleman, no doubt recognizing in him many of my own foibles as a practitioner. Therefore, I was extremely pleased to learn of his history as a former Minor League prospect in the Dodgers' organization. As soon as our extended Opening Day ceremonies across the country are complete, I will research his playing record on MLB.com. I will not be surprised to learn that he was a left-handed pitcher.

Although I am now many years removed from being an active member of the finest legal community in the country, I continue to avidly review The Colorado Lawyer each month and always enjoy your column. I hope you will be able to see the Rockies many times this summer.
