CBA President's Message to Members

Representing the Members in 2010-11

by Paul H. Chan

Suddenly I remembered the early levees at Court

When you and I galloped to the Purple Yard.

As we walked our horses up Dragon Tail Street

We turned our heads and gazed at the Southern Hills.

Since we parted, both of us have been growing old;

And our minds have been vexedby many anxious cares.

Yet even now I fancy my ears are full

Of the sound of jade tinkling on your bridle-straps.

Also, we produced public service announcements that aired approximately 4,000 times on the radio, as well numerous times on television. We are convinced this outreach was instrumental in educating the public far and wide.

Later, the parties behind Clear the Bench Colorado brought a complaint against the CBA and our partners, alleging that we were campaigning for the retention of judges and thus violated campaign...
