CLE Credits and Test Information

The Colorado Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal and Judicial Education (BCLJE) has approved the request by The Colorado Lawyer to accredit articles in this special issue on Government Law. Nine continuing legal education (CLE) credits (including one ethics credit) can be earned by: (1) reading all of the articles listed below; (2) taking the corresponding tests for all of the articles and checking answers; and (3) completing, signing, and mailing to the BCLJE the "Affidavit of Accreditation" found on page 17. To claim the ethics credit, all ten articles must be read and tests for all ten articles must be completed. Test questions are printed immediately following each article. Answers are printed beginning on page 89. All of the material also is available online at www.cobar.org/tcl.

Credit for reading the October 2009 articles will be granted for two years (through December 31, 2011). Please send your comments and suggestions about the special issues to Managing Editor Leona MartÃnez at leonamartinez@cobar.org.
