The Elder Law Answer Book is a fabulous resource geared toward a variety of audiences. Written by elder law and estate planning attorneys, the book and its 2008 Cumulative Supplement provide an excellent reference source for elder law, estate planning, long-term care, retirement planning, guardianships, probate, elder abuse, rights of the elderly, and a host of related topics.

In this practitioner's view, this resource is a great value. It is a large book with a relatively current supplement. It contains a wealth of up-to-date information on a wide range of topics, and even includes samples of an estate planning questionnaire, an engagement letter, a joint representation agreement, and an instruction to counsel regarding original power of attorney.
