Dear Mr. Low:

I currently practice law in Michigan, but am a member of the Colorado Bar, as well (inactive status). I am not always blessed with time to peruse the CBA journal but did this month, and took in your delightful article, "Clearly and Manifestly."(fn1) Even after twenty-eight years of trial practice, it's nice to have gentle and relevant reminders that old dogs can (and should) be open to revisiting the basics. Good advice, well-spoken. Thanks for sharing

Regards

Joe Engel, Attorney
