The Colorado Evidence Handbook (Handbook)
is an excellent compilation of practical examples of the
Rules of Evidence. The Handbook also offers numerous
practice pointers to assist the trial attorney.
The Handbook does miss two major areas of the law:
domestic relations and juvenile proceedings. Although
domestic cases probably are the most frequently tried, there
is no mention of domestic law, nor the Colorado Rules of
Civil Procedure related to domestic cases.
