§20.9 REMEDIES

The Employment Relations Board (ERB) is empowered to prevent unfair labor practices (ULPs) by issuing appropriate cease-and-desist orders and to order such affirmative action, including reinstatement with or without back pay, as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of ORS chapter 663.
