On this day came on to be heard before this Court, the Joint Motion of the Parties for Qualified Protective Order. Based upon the pleadings filed herein, the statements of counsel, and all other matters before this Court, it is hereby found and ordered that:

1. The parties are engaged in discovery in this case that involves the production of documents and the answering of interrogatories.

2. The discovery seeks personal, private, and sensitive health information about individuals ("Protected Health Information") that is covered by federal regulations governing the privacy of such health information ("Privacy Rules"). 45 C.F.R.
