G. Filing Answer to Cross-Claim and Reply to Counterclaim

Time limit is 20 days from date of service of Answer containing Cross-claim or Counterclaim.

RULE:

For cross-claim, must file answer within 20 days of date of service; if counterclaim contained in answer, must file reply within 20 days of service of answer. If reply to counterclaim ordered by Court, must file within 20 days after service of court order unless court order otherwise directs time limit.
