§ 2.9 Display of Flags

The planned community statutes that restricts a planned community association’s ability to regulate the display of certain flags. The restriction is found in A.R.S. § 33-1808 . Despite what the planned community documents might say, A.R.S. § 33-1808 includes the following flags, in addition to the American flag, in the list of flags the community association cannot prohibit the outdoor display of:
