2.5.1 Pre-Judgment Interest

• Jurisdiction: Arizona

The plaintiff is entitled to pre-judgment interest where the amount is liquidated, such as in a case of an agreed upon commission,[fn161] but not in a case involving loss of profits where the amount is necessarily subject to opinion.[fn162]
