§ 2.4.6.2 Review of Mediation. Judicial review of NMB mediation is only appropriate on a showing of official bad faith. Neither lengthy negotiating sessions nor likelihood that successful mediation is marginal obviates the good faith and validity of the NMB's efforts.25
