2.11 PROBATE AND QUALIFICATION ORDER
When probate and qualification are complete, an order is entered. 62 Insofar as this order deals with qualification of the personal representative, it will state the amount of the bond. The order is attached to certified copies of the will. Section 64.2-455 of the Virginia Code requires that a certified copy of the will be recorded in any other county or city where the decedent owned real estate, but no additional probate tax may be charged.
