Public disciplinary decisions involving issues that are not routine are summarized below, together with all private censures and, when space permits, selected admonishments. Occasionally, articles will appear in this space in lieu of summaries or with fewer of them.

Public Decisions

Martin Joseph Berkley: On April 1, 1996, the court approved the respondent's conditional admission of misconduct, suspended him for one year and one day, effective thirty days after the issuance of its Opinion, ordered him to pay restitution as a condition of reinstatement, and assessed costs of $104.75 against him.

David Leonard Odum: On April 1, 1996, the court suspended the respondent for three years, effective thirty days after the issuance of its Opinion, ordered him to pay restitution as a condition of reinstatement, and assessed costs of $226.18 against him.

Thomas T. Jamrozek: On April 8, 1996, the court disbarred the respondent, effective immediately, ordered him to pay restitution prior to applying for readmission, and assessed costs of $453.93 against him.

Joseph Patrick Madigan: On April 8, 1996, the Supreme Court suspended the respondent for three years, effective thirty days after the date of its Opinion, ordered him to pay restitution prior to seeking reinstatement and as a condition thereof, and assessed costs of $135.05 against him.

Andre Keith Silvola: The Supreme Court suspended the respondent on April 15, 1996, for one year and one day, effective thirty days after the issuance of its Opinion, imposed conditions on his reinstatement, and assessed costs of $132.36 against him.
